About the Work

I work as a UX/Product Designer for a Cybersecurity Enterprise SaaS WebApp targeting fortune 500 companies where my responsibilities include UX design, research and strategy with accessibility. I believe that my work improves the quality of life for the analysts, saves time and avoids decision fatigue as they are continuously monitoring the insider as well as outside treats to their organisations. The job and title is directly related to my specialisation in UX design and HCI.

How the iSchool Prepared Them

Classes include Information architecture, usability, accessibility, interaction design and Human-Computer Interaction to be the most useful amongst others. Having the right mentors and professors teaching importance of "why" doing something was important is what I consider most important for my current position.

A Memorable iSchool Experience

My favourite iSchool memory was working at the Information Commons. I made so many friends there and had great people to work with and to even just share common space. Had fantastic managers and having fun (food/games) with the people around was my favourite memory.

Oh yes, also working late nights on group projects to deliver under tight deadlines was a core memory too.

Currently in LA but miss Austin as I call it my home.
