Class Schedules

Fall Registration is currently under way

• Period 5  August 24 – 31: Undergrads may continue to add or drop classes using the online registration system.  Graduate students seeking to add or drop a course must contact the department offering the course. 
• Period 6  September 1 – 9: Undergrads may only use the online registration system to drop classes or change their grading status.   For both Undergraduate and Graduate students, adding a class will require direct permission from the department offering the course. 
   

Specific registration access times vary according by program and student status.  Check your Registration Information Sheet to see your personal access tims as well as any registration holds that may need to be cleared prior to registration.  To explore additional classes outside of the iSchool or to reference offiical registration and tuition policies, please refer to the official UT Course Schedule published by the Office of the Registrar. 

Registration rules and restrictions may vary by course, in some cases even requiring a written proposal or application.  These and other details for any given course may be viewed by selecting the course title from the list below. 

*Non-iSchool Students

Please note that enrollment in our classes is generally restricted to iSchool degree seekers through the first two periods of registration each semester.  In most cases, Non-iSchool students will not be permitted to add our classes or join our waitlists until registration Period 3.
