Kennedy Reagan Grigsby

I am a certified HR professional with over 3 years of experience in UTHR. I aim to provide exceptional support to staff, faculty, and student employees of the iSchool throughout their employee life cycles. I graduated from UT Austin in 2023 with degrees in Journalism and Communication Studies and started my HR career at UT Recreational Sports. I learned the foundations of HR policies and practices while primarily working with student employment matters. In my current role, I manage the day-to-day HR operations for staff and student employees from initial recruiting and hiring to navigating the separation processes. I strive to support employees with accurate information, compliant guidance, and any other necessary assistance.
