Biography
I started my career in User Experience at Microsoft as part of the team working on Windows. I then moved to Texas in 2003 and have been here ever since. My career continued at a consultancy in Dallas called Usability Sciences. While at Usability Sciences I worked with a variety of clients including Fortune 500 companies such as HP, Dell, SAP, Deloitte, and Disney. After a move to Austin, I took on a UX research role at Dell working on their VMWare plug-in software for their server management suite of products. I then had the pleasure of starting and building the UX research practice at Rackspace, starting as UX researcher number 1 and building out a team of researchers, data scientists, and research coordinators. I am now a full-time employee of Indeed, responsible for helping the product teams understand the needs and desires of job seekers.Degrees
