Abstract
Video interviewing helps employers connect with and close the best candidates, and hire quickly and smartly. What value could Indeed provide employers with a video interviewing tool compared to other third-party video conferencing tools like Skype and FaceTime? By educating employers progressively about the best practices of video interviewing, integrating the interview package with all the information they need into the video interviewing seamlessly, and facilitating internal information sharing and external candidate communicating, we reinforce the high moments of human touch for employers, help them to be more confident about their decision of candidates, and create a positive candidate interviewing experience and employer branding.
