Abstract
A project for Dell demonstrating the UX research for systems and software applications used to customize gaming notebooks, desktop and peripherals and improve gaming experience. Specific works include competitive analysis, heuristics evaluation, and iterative usability studies. Findings will be used to facilitate the design process of the next-generation Alienware Command Center.
