Updating Dealer Agreements and Account Information

I will be performing an update of dealer account information for TOP Equipment Distributors. The company has written agreements with each of our dealers, and those documents require accurate information, as well as regular review and renewal. We also require certain types of documentation we did not ask for in years past and will be requesting these. Dealers will receive an email providing them with a link to our electronic update form. When the dealers’ new agreements are prepared, we will send them to the owners for electronic signature via DocuSign. We will track our progress using a shared spreadsheet.
