Smart Makeup Recommendation System using Machine Learning

The purpose of this project is to model a makeup routine recommendation system, using reviews and user inputs on skin type and product preferences. Using web scraping to extract product data based on the routines used by makeup influencers on social media platforms, the recommendation system will take user inputs to recommend the optimal set of products required. The skillset used for this project includes Python, SQL, and Tableau. The goal of this project is to reduce waste generated by owning redundant products, and only owning what is required. The future scope includes facial recognition and instant matching with influencers, enabling a quicker user experience.
