Abstract
This project serves as an overview of the landscape of digital repositories at The University of Texas at Austin and a first step in developing a data map for better knowledge management of university records and information. Through provider interviews and existing documentation, it examines the current state of repositories used by business units on campus, serves as the foundation for a set of recommendations for workflows and best practices, and gathers information that can help stakeholders plan for the future of their document storage and management.
