Abstract
This video series and LibGuide was created for the Coates Library at Trinity University and is aimed at encouraging students from all backgrounds to consider careers in libraries, archives, and special collections. Using a series of recorded interviews and links for students to explore, this project hopes to attract and welcome a diverse candidate field by demystifying the process of becoming a librarian and highlighting the funding, resources, and organizations available to support students through the process.
