Abstract
Exhibits and the work undertaken to plan and execute them are inherently ephemeral and, as such, difficult to archive. This project aimed to develop a retention schedule and preservation plan for the Alexander Architectural Archives' digital exhibition records by appraising the files produced from a 2014 exhibition, "Inside Modern Texas: the Case for Preserving Interiors." These files were then ingested into UT Libraries' recently launched digital asset management system.
