Biography

Taylor M Smith is a doctoral student whose research explores and engineers solutions to attenuate algorithmic bias in AI applications in K-12 education. Her research has roots in AI-Ethics, data science, data engineering, machine learning, human-AI interaction, and human-computer interaction. She is a member of the REALITY Lab co-led by Dr. Angela D.R. Smith and Dr. Earl Huff Jr.
