Mixed Reality Device User Testing at Dell

As the technology for mixed reality devices evolves, significant research and testing for corresponding interfaces must be done. Without an understanding of user needs, the application of such technology will be severely limited. However, conducting user studies on such devices has many obstacles. At Dell, the experience design team is tasked with finding the most effective way to produce insightful data on user needs for these products.
