Metadata Implementation Proposal for social media archive of the Obama administration

This metadata implementation plan allows users to see relationships between keywords and derive high-quality information such as what topics the Obama administration gave priority to and any changes in stance over time from the Archive. This Archive intends to give access to information on how the Obama administration used public social media platforms. Word-based clustering will provide much more functionality than previous simple search functions and allows users convenience in the process of text analytics.
