Knowbility: Website Redesign

The capstone project's objective was to redesign Knowbility’s current website. The project's goal was to understand the complete purpose and objectives of the non-profit organization and give a complete makeover of the current website. I have multiple methods like user interviews with the organization’s team and some users. I also conducted a Heuristic evaluation to understand the usability issues of the website. And to understand the users better, I conducted a “Jobs to be done” frame to create specific use cases to get information about what kinds of purposes different users have while using the website. This led to the creation of efficient and easy-to-use Information Architecture for the complete architecture. After reviewing the IA with the team, I will start working on the website design with multiple iterations and then conduct organized user testing with people with different abilities to recreate the website to make it more accessible.
