Improving internal non-profit user platform to increase workflow and community

As a UX designer for a non-profit organization, I played a crucial role in enhancing their internal employee portal. I conducted extensive user interviews and utilized the findings to develop user personas and journeys. Based on these insights, I designed wireframes and final UI designs that aimed to optimize user workflows and provide a centralized location for data and document storage. The end result was a user-friendly and efficient portal that streamlined the organization's operations and improved their overall productivity.
