Abstract
From 1939 to 1941, the Work Projects Administration completed a site excavation of the George C. Davis archeological site. The records of this excavation, housed within the Texas Archeological Research Laboratory's records and made up of 2641 documents and 270 photograph prints, were organized, digitized, and treated with minor preservation techniques to ensure access to the collection for future students and researchers. A DACS compliant finding aid was also created to assist both in discovery of collection items among academic institutions and serve as a standard for future finding aid creation at TARL.
