Classroom Web Application Redesign

Classroom web application is a cloud-based digital whiteboarding platform designed specifically for k-12 teachers. It is integrated with ViewBoard to merge the physical and virtual space with on-site touch and online interactive technologies for engaging content creation. Currently, Classroom web application has identified several usability issues during beta testing with informal user testing. Without solid user research findings to inform whether our product meets users? true needs and business requirements and whether our product has a competitive value proposition. This project seeks to go beyond products and features toward a deep understanding of customer value creation. The outcomes of this project allow us to have clear value propositions and a visual interface that directly targets our customers? most pressing and important jobs, pains, and gains.
