Automating the Onboarding Process: Increased Efficiency Through Automation

In an increasingly digital age, eliminating mundane or repetitive tasks greatly increase the efficiency of existing workers, who may then direct their attention elsewhere to more dynamic tasks. For this project, my partnering organization, an insurance company located in Austin, asked me for my assistance in helping to automate their onboarding process. I utilized software such as Power Automate, Microsoft Forms and Power Apps, Sharepoint Lists, and Outlook to automate the process through a series of emails and forms a candidate will then fill out.
