Every year, the Society of American Archivists University of Texas at Austin Student Chapter celebrates archives and the archival profession during the month of October for the American Archives Month. Historically, SAA-UT celebrated Archives Week, a weeklong celebration of events, lectures, and workshop. Through the years, the organization added repository tours, guests speakers, and through partner collaborations.
