Study of the properties and behavior of information. Technology for information processing and management.
Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
May be repeated for credit when the topics vary.
Exploration of digital information resources available for children and youth, including the range of content and availability, how information resources are conceived and created, and the implications of these resources for school and public libraries.
May not be counted along with INF 382G (Topic 2: Electronic Resources for Children and Youth) or INF 382U.
