Description:
Study of the properties and behavior of information. Technology for information processing and management.
Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
May be repeated for credit when the topics vary.
Advanced exploration of the range of standards, workflow, equipment, software, and metadata issues associated with digital imaging. Course will focus specifically on the issues associated with the production of high quality, sustainable digital preservation surrogates.
