Information-seeking behavior of users, document delivery, new roles of the information specialist in user support, and information needs of a variety of clients.
May be repeated for credit when the topics vary.

Synchronous online class meetings conducted via Zoom.
Restricted to graduate students in the School of Information or College of Education. Some seats reserved for students in the School Librarian Certificate Program.
